eService, the leading acquirer in Poland and Central Europe, has been nominated for the prestigious Merchant Payment Ecosystem (MPE) Award 2015 in two categories: Payment Service Provider and Processing Award. It is the Company's yet another recognition for the input in the development of the international non-cash payment system.
Throughout 15 years of its activities, eService has not only conquered more than 40% of the Polish non-cash payment market, but also begun foreign operations and now boasts prosperous business in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
In addition to the thriving non-cash payment acquiring activities in brick-and-mortar outlets, eService also invests in the development of online payments. Last year, the Company presented a new payment gateway, adjusted to meet the needs of both the Customers and the market, and upgraded with additional methods of online payment.
eService owes its development to its extensive technological resources as well as experienced staff. The Company’s Customers can choose from a large number of dedicated solutions that are both safe and reliable.
“The nomination for MPE Award proves that the activities of eService represent a significant contribution to the development of the international online payment system. EVO Payments International, the co-owner of eService since 2013, was awarded the Merchant Payment Ecosystem prize in 2015 in the International Award category, which is also our achievement in an indirect way. The continued development and accomplishments are not the results of a global pressure but our passion, and, as we all know, passion is crowned with success”, says Marek Paradowski, the President of eService.
The MPE Awards are granted to the most effective and innovative payment acceptance companies in Europe and in the world. The basic criterion is the Company’s contribution to the development of online and mobile payments in sales and service outlets as well as online shops.
